1. About this website

This website is operated by Sahara Estates, a real estate brokerage based at Sahara Estates, Main Boulevard, DHA Phase 5, Lahore. It presents properties currently marketed by our brokerage in DHA Lahore, Bahria Town Karachi and E-11 Islamabad, together with information about our services, our team and the buying process in Pakistan.

2. Listing information and availability

We walk and document-check every property before it is listed, and we work hard to keep prices, sizes and details accurate. Property markets move quickly, however: a listed property may be sold, withdrawn or repriced without notice, and photographs show the property as it was when visited. A listing on this website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell at the shown price. The binding terms of any purchase are those in the written agreement signed by buyer and seller.

Measurements (including marla, kanal and square-foot figures) are taken from society records and site visits and are provided in good faith. Buyers should confirm measurements and boundaries during their own inspection and through the transferring authority before completing a purchase.

3. Our role and commission

Sahara Estates acts as a broker between buyers and sellers. We verify documents and facilitate negotiation, transfer and handover, but the sale contract itself is between the buyer and the seller. Our commission is 1% of the agreed sale price, quoted in writing before you commit, and payable on completion of the transfer unless a written agreement says otherwise. Viewing appointments, shortlists and advice given before you engage us for a transaction are free of charge.

4. Token money and payments

Where a deal proceeds, token money (typically Rs 100,000–500,000) is paid against written terms that state the amount, the deadline for completion, and the circumstances in which it is refundable or adjustable against the price. We advise all clients to make payments through banking channels and to keep receipts; we never ask clients to send payments to a personal account in an individual's name.

5. Calculators and market information

The mortgage calculator and any price commentary on this website provide indicative estimates only. They are not financial advice, a loan offer, or a valuation. Home-finance terms depend on the lending bank's assessment, and final figures will differ. Please confirm figures with your bank before relying on them.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy listings, photographs or text from this website to republish them as your own, or to market a property you are not authorised to sell.
• Do not use enquiry channels to send spam, false enquiries or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or gain unauthorised access to this website or its hosting.

All content on this website, including the Sahara Estates name, text, design and photographs, belongs to Sahara Estates or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

This website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp for messaging. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information you share with us directly.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to verify every listing and to describe our services honestly. To the extent permitted by law, Sahara Estates is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website information that has changed, from a seller or buyer failing to complete an agreed transaction, or from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for our own proven negligence in handling client funds or documents.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page, with its date at the top, is the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled first through good-faith discussion and, if necessary, by the courts of Lahore.
